Cancellation and Terms

Arrivals

Please arrive 5 minutes early for your eyelash extension appointment. If we have your email address on file, we will do our best to give you an appointment confirmation, as well as an appointment reminder two days in advance. This is a courtesy. We are not responsible should you forget your appointment or mix up the time. 

PHONE/TEXT APPOINTMENTS

 If you are booking an appointment for the first time for yourself or for a group, you will be asked to provide your full name, the best telephone number and email address at which to contact you, as well as a credit card number to hold your appointment. 

CANCELLATIONS

We are happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment if necessary, however, in order to accommodate our other guests, we require 24 hours’ notice. If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know 24 hours in advance by calling/texting us at (403) 968-6184 or email info@thelashattic.com . Less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation or rescheduling, full value of the appointment will apply. Sorry, no exceptions 

LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS

Where possible, late arrivals will result in your service(s) being customized to fit the remaining appointment time. Appointments will be held for a 15 minute grace period, after which they will be considered a "No Show" and the appointment slot may be given away. “No Show” appointments will be subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service value. Sorry, no exceptions. 

ILLNESS

Sometimes a sudden illness can prevent you from giving 24 hours cancellation notice (48 hours for groups). In this instance your credit card will be charged only 50% of your total service. 

ONLINE APPOINTMENTS

Please note that you will be required to pay for the appointment at booking and should receive a confirmation email shortly after you book an online appointment. If you do not receive an email confirmation or require payment, it is likely your appointment did not book properly. If you are unsure or are having problems booking please contact us at info@thelashattic.com
Online Cancellations:
Canceling and rescheduling your appointment can be done online. All services from our service menu can be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance  by selecting. To cancel or reschedule an appointment: open email or text,  select "Reschedule or Cancel" ,  you will be redirected to a page where you can reschedule or cancel their appointment.  In case of a cancellation, your credit card will be refunded the full value of your service, please notify info@thelashattic.com of cancellation so refund can be issued.
Cancelling with Less Than 24 Hours Notice:
The online booking site will not allow an appointment to be cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
Missed or forgotten appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled and full value of the service will be applied.
